If our clients are ever unhappy or not getting the results they expected, we work together on options to get the results they do desire. If we are unable to achieve this for the client, or if we believe another treatment that we do not offer is more beneficial, our next step would be recommending them to colleagues with more advanced modalities.

Consultations

Consultations are included with all services. If during the consultation you feel the treatment is not for you or your provider does not feel you are a candidate, a $50 consultation fee will be charged on day of service.

Emergency Cancellation

We understand LIFE HAPPENS. At Vive, we offer a 1 time emergency cancellation per calendar year in which the 24 hour cancellation fee will be waived. The date your emergency waive is used will be noted in your chart. From that date, any future cancellations within 24 hours and that same calendar year, will be subject to the cancellation fee regardless of the situation and reasoning for cancellation. That fee will be required to be collected prior to any future scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

For new clients scheduling online, we do require a credit card on file. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice and NO SHOW appointments are subject to a fee of up to $50.  If the value of your service that was to be performed is $50 or less, you will be charged half the cost of your service that was scheduled (Example: $20 waxing is subject to a $10 no show/less than 24 hour cancellation fee). All injectable treatments are subject to a $50 fee for a no show/less than 24 hour cancellation. That fee will be required to be collected prior to any future scheduling.

Reverse Cancellation Policy

Just as our time is valuable, so is yours! If we need to reschedule your appointment to another day or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will apply up to a $50 credit to your account which can be used towards your next treatment.
