About

Kari is a wife, a mother of 4, a dog mom (to a crazy bernedoodle), an organizing enthusist, a wannabe minimalist (when her kids let her) and is a believer that it is never too late to become the person youve wanted to become or to do "that thing" youve always wanted to do.

She was born and raised in Saginaw, MI. She began her nursing career more than 15 years ago as a Nursing Assistant working at Covenant Healthcare. When her passion for helping others was quickly found, she received her Associate Degree of Nursing from Delta College and became a Registered Nurse (RN). As an RN, Kari gained experience in neuro trauma, endoscopy, nursing education and neonatal intensive care.

She went on to advance her degree further and obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Saginaw Valley State University and completed her education with a Master Degree from Walden State University. She is credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Her FNP specialty has prepared her to manage the care of individuals and families across the lifespan. She is also a board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) with the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board (PSNCB). 

Her passion for medical aesthetics began when she recieved her basic training. The lack of education required in the specialty left her floored. She made it her mission to push her education beyond the status quo and now travels often to continue her education. Kari is an extreme advocate for collaborating amongst her colleagues as she believes that providers can learn the most from each other. She is passionate about advancements in new techniques and treatments to improve patient results, safety and comfort. Kari specializes in natural enhancements that compliment your natural born beauty versus altering it. Her goal as your aesthetic provider is to help you age timelessly and to preserve the beauty you were born with.
