Meet your injector + founder
I'm Kari Sullivan, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder of VIVE. I've been a nurse since 2010, a nurse practitioner since 2018, and I've specialized in aesthetics since 2020. I got into aesthetics because I kept seeing the same thing: women who wanted to look and feel a little fresher, but didn't know where to start or who to trust.
I get it. I want my own results to look like a really good night of sleep, not like I had "something" done.
So we focus on what makes the biggest difference over time: regenerative treatments that build skin quality, balanced full-face Botox and medical-grade home care (lips always welcome). My whole thing is starting small, explaining everything, and building results you actually love.
When I'm not in the treatment room, I'm a mom of four (including twins!), deep in a true crime podcast, or on a Target run hunting for the perfect Amazon dupe. My bernedoodle is a bit of a psycho, but such a good cuddler.
And I'm not doing this alone. Our licensed estheticians, Joslyn and Sydney, and our guest services coordinator, Cassie, make every visit feel personal.

Treatment usually takes under an hour. You leave with aftercare in writing, and we follow up to make sure you love it. A tox follow-up is recommended at 2 weeks, and lip filler at 4–6 weeks. Skin treatments are typically repeated every 2–4 weeks, depending on your treatment plan.
